DER bogen
The Location - A Perfect Retreat
In Munich's Bogenhausen district, an impressive multi-tenant building is being developed, combining modern elegance with timeless design.
The corner plot at Prinzregentenstraße 159 a-d offers a prime location with excellent transport links. Surrounded by renowned buildings and close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, it is a vibrant hub for work and life.

Overall Concept - New Identity for Bogenhausen
The project "DER bogen: Digital Future. Real Work Space." aims to be a district campus, full-service campus, and micro-location that connects the past with the future. A sustainable building concept and DGNB Gold pre-certification create an environmentally friendly environment.

Landscape Architecture
The outdoor facilities by Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl blend harmoniously into the surroundings, creating an "alpine landscape" in the middle of the city.
Office and Commercial Spaces - Flexibility and Future-Proof Amenities
The flexible office and commercial spaces provide customizable design options, resource-efficient technology, and a planned shared-office concept.
"The future of work will certainly be hybrid. This means employees will work some days from home and spend the remaining days in the office. The desire to meet colleagues and engage in physical exchange is evident not only in creative professions. For these new types of meeting hubs, we must design offices differently in the future.-", states Fredrik Werner from the architectural firm HENN.
Green Building – Sustainable Building Concept
The building "DER bogen" is being constructed as a low-energy building and focuses on sustainability with photovoltaic systems, groundwater utilization, and the use of sustainable building materials.
The DGNB Gold pre-certification demonstrates environmental commitment.
