Hello, Sweden! PROBIS opens a new location in Stockholm

STURE is one of the most significant urban development projects in the heart of Stockholm. Spanning more than 100,000 square meters, the project will feature office space, retail, hospitality, and public infrastructure in one of the most prominent neighborhoods around Stureplan. With integrated metro access, LEED Platinum certification, and the transformation of an entire city block, STURE exemplifies the next generation of large-scale urban projects.

PROBIS is supporting the project in collaboration with Archus in the area of lender monitoring and alongside Deutsche Pfandbriefbank in technical asset monitoring. In doing so, PROBIS combines AI-based SaaS automation with construction expertise, structured cost management, and local market knowledge.

On the ground, Ross Fitzgerald, an experienced quantity surveyor with extensive expertise in cost management for complex construction and real estate projects and a deep understanding of the local market, is driving the further development of PROBIS in Scandinavia.

Projects like STURE in particular demonstrate just how important digital monitoring has become today: risks must be identified earlier, cost variances analyzed in a transparent manner, and project information made available in real time.
