Project Profile

Siemens is redeveloping its historic Siemensstadt industrial site in Berlin-Spandau into a mixed-use urban district spanning approximately 76 hectares, to be known as “Siemensstadt Square” (S2). The plans include office space, approximately 3,750 residential units, a school, and an innovation campus. The overall project is divided into several subprojects or construction phases.
