Successful Collaboration on Terminal 3 - PROBIS Congratulates Fraport on the Opening

The project, with an investment volume of approximately 4 billion Euros, creates capacities for up to 19 million passengers per year in its first expansion phase and marks a new chapter in the development of Frankfurt Airport.

PROBIS extends its sincere congratulations to Fraport AG on this significant milestone and is proud to have supported the project for many years as a digital multi-project controlling platform.

During the complex planning and construction phase, PROBIS supported the cross-project control, transparency, and integration of central cost, budget, and forecasting processes. This involved consolidating various stakeholders, processes, and third-party systems into an integrated platform, with the aim of establishing reliable decision-making foundations for one of Germany's most demanding infrastructure projects.
