ESG will lead to massive changes in real estate development, asset management, and financing.
To find best practice end-to-end solutions that shape the future and help all to stay ahead of the curve, PROBIS organized the first ESG innovation workshop this November with around 30 participants from leading European real estate companies.
What was discussed:
-Exchange of experience on ESG data among real estate professionals from banks, project developers, investors and executing companies
- Identification of ESG requirements for the market
- Report on solutions already implemented in the respective industry
The main goal of the first workshop was to find solutions on how to create a standardized ESG module for PROBIS that meets the taxonomy requirements of the strategic partners and brings together the relevant data.
The next ESG innovation event will take place in 2023.
