Calculate costs for an infinite number of variants

The PROBIS cost management software will soon be able to calculate project developments precisely. The development team is working at full speed on a corresponding programme, but the standard functions of PROBIS are also being further improved, reports Managing Director Moritz Koppe.

The digitalisation of the real estate market is progressing. Many companies, such as Pfandbriefbank, are feeling the regulatory pressure and are trying to avoid risks and missteps. In order to be able to work effectively and process calculations and reports in real time, new standards and solutions are required. Solutions that an Excel spreadsheet cannot provide. Marc Bonner, responsible for quality assurance of property valuation at Pfandbriefbank, is convinced that a database solution like PROBIS offers means the end of spreadsheets in Excel.
