As part of a project funded by the European Union, PROBIS Software GmbH is developing the “PROBIS AI Module.” The project is being implemented in the state of Brandenburg and is co-financed through the ERDF/JTF.

R&D on an AI module for the predictive analysis, simulation, and optimization of processes in the real estate industry
The goal of the project is to research and develop the “PROBIS AI Module” as an AI-powered extension of the PROBIS software suite. The module enables data-driven market, project, and cost analyses for the real estate industry. Using machine learning and causal inference, planning, development, and construction processes are predictively analyzed, simulated, and optimized.
