PROBIS and TagsIT Launch Partnership for the Swedish Real Estate Market

Munich/Stockholm, August 26, 2026 – PROBIS is further expanding its presence in Sweden and has entered into a partnership with the Nordic IT and consulting firm TagsIT. Together, the two companies aim to further develop the digital management of real estate and construction projects in Sweden and establish PROBIS as a specialized platform in the market.

Real estate and construction projects are facing increasing pressure due to volatile construction costs, financing, and rising demands for reporting and forecasting. At the same time, project economics in many organizations continue to be managed using spreadsheets and siloed systems. PROBIS brings together cost estimation, budgeting, contracts, financing, forecasting, and reporting on a single cloud-based platform, thereby creating a central database for the financial management of projects and portfolios.
