Addressing current challenges in project management?

Why do you prefer working with project control software?

As a Project Controller, I know from experience how crucial it is to continuously monitor costs. Therefore, we decided to work with project management software specifically developed for the construction and real estate industry, offering comprehensive functions for cost tracking, process management, and project control.

What differentiates working with a PropTech solution from Excel?

Since the start of my career in project controlling, I have utilized professional cost tracking systems (even before PropTechs were established). I apply PropTechs and their databases across all projects, from cost tracking in urban development planning to seemingly 'routine' tenant fit-outs. I find the software for multi-project controlling and multi-project management to be exceptionally user-friendly and logically structured. Compared to other systems I have used, PROBIS software is straightforward to operate, and its early warning systems, particularly in resource planning, are critically important for projects. It is clear that PROBIS is developed by seasoned cost control professionals.

Furthermore, I am currently in the testing phase for the new Developer Calculation Tool calculate, which I am already impressed with after a short period, as it allows me to calculate and document multiple development variants in parallel.
