PROBIS prepares expansion into Asia with office in Singapore

After successfully entering the US market last year, the Munich-based proptech PROBIS is now announcing its first branch in Asia with a planned office in Singapore. The expansion will once again be supported by the German Accelerator. The program, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, supports selected start-ups with high potential in their entry into international innovation hubs through targeted mentoring and extensive networks. PROBIS already opened an office in New York in 2023 as part of the program. The company is now continuing its ambitious growth trajectory with Singapore.

Singapore is not only an important financial hub, but also a gateway to the surrounding markets in Southeast Asia. Singapore, as one of the most dynamic economic hubs in Asia, offers ideal conditions for entering the rapidly growing Asian market. By setting up a branch in the up-and-coming megacity, PROBIS is aiming to target its software for cost management and project controlling in the real estate sector directly at Asian customers in order to respond to the specific needs and opportunities of the Asian market.
