New Project Client: Luxury Hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo

In Cortina d'Ampezzo, a luxurious 5-star hotel is being developed in a prime location. Hotel Bellevue is being constructed with a special focus on sustainability, comfort, and accessibility, while also adhering to regional building regulations. The architectural planning is being handled by the Milan-based firm pconp Studio. A renowned international hotel group is slated as the operator and will be announced at a later date.

The architectural concept combines a modern, contemporary design with traditional elements of alpine architecture, deliberately utilizing local materials such as larch wood and Castellavazzo stone.

The building comprises six above-ground and two underground floors, with a gross floor area of approximately 13,400 m². The upper floors are constructed using sustainable XLAM construction, which satisfies both ecological and aesthetic requirements.

The plans include 80 exclusive rooms and suites, comprising standard, deluxe, and family suites, along with a spacious presidential suite. The amenities are further enhanced by two upscale restaurants, a wellness area featuring a spa, fitness studio, and pool, conference rooms, and a stylish lounge. The on-site underground car park provides space for up to 50 vehicles.

Particular attention is paid to optimizing sound insulation and energy efficiency: The use of sustainable building materials, photovoltaic systems, and green roofs underscores the project's holistic ecological commitment. A LEED Gold certification is being pursued.
