STURE, Stockholm

Right in the heart of Stockholm, a pioneering urban quarter is being built around the traditional Stureplan - one of the most important urban development projects in Scandinavia. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), together with the project developer TAM Group and the local planning partner Archus, is focusing on the highest quality, sustainability and modern digital control. A milestone for Stockholm

The STURE project stands for a cautious yet ambitious further development of the historic city center around the well-known streets of Birger Jarlsgatan, Sturegatan, Humlegårdsgatan and Hästskon. The aim is to make the district with its iconic buildings, arcades, stores and restaurants fit for the future - architecturally, ecologically and economically.
