Scope:
Four office properties in Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg with approximately 32,000 m² of floor space, as well as approximately 8,500 m² of fully approved additional development potential.

PROBIS supports the Berlin Arrow portfolio—financed by pbb and PGIM—with fund utilization monitoring and AI-powered reporting for investors and project developers. The same dataset is used for the borrower’s project management and the lenders’ approval decisions, ensuring that fund disbursements follow construction progress rather than piles of invoices. The project is converting former senior living facilities in Mitte into high-quality office space and also includes refurbishment and new leasing in Kreuzberg.
