The seven-story Hub 3 is strategically located in close proximity to Berlin Brandenburg Airport 'Willy Brandt' (BER – Terminal). The new office building is projected to complete the BB Business Hub Campus by Q2 2022.
In addition to its high-quality architecture, the 17,000 m² Hub 3 provides superior building quality, a wide array of in-house services including a gastro area, meeting rooms, and bicycle and car parking with electric charging stations, alongside optimal visibility owing to its immediate proximity to the airport.

By utilizing PROBIS Control, cost tracking was successfully implemented by the project management firm bplus-consult, under the leadership of Ms. Ricke. Furthermore, PROBIS Finance enabled the establishment of a monitoring system for the lending bank.
