ANNI is an extensive office complex (part of the Weisses Quartier project) on St.-Martin-Strasse, originally built for a Siemens campus and designed by the “School of Richard Meier”. The project encompasses modernization, structural additions (including rooftop extensions), new constructions, and the renovation of outdoor facilities – with an investment volume of approximately EUR 130 million. Financing is provided by a consortium led by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG.
The project is divided into 5 building sections. Building sections (BT) 1+2 have already been revitalized and sold fully leased. BT3+4 are located in the center of the area with a gross floor area (GFA) of 33,000 m² and are currently being renovated and converted. BT5 has been completely demolished.
PROBIS is mandated with construction monitoring, producing monthly reports on costs, schedules, quality, and project organization that adhere to the requirements of MaRisk and BCBS239. This ensures maximum transparency for financiers and project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
