The Verse (formerly “Elementum”) is a mixed-use high-rise and urban district project at Munich Central Station, designed by Herzog & de Meuron and scheduled for completion by 2028. Accumulata is serving as development manager for the investor Oaktree Capital Management and is redeveloping the project as a flexible, multi-tenant landmark building in Munich’s emerging Central Business District.
Approximately 76,000 sqm of rental space (mixed office, retail, dining, and service uses); targeting LEED Platinum, plus WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum pre-certification.
