“50 Fen” refers to 50 Fenchurch Street, a 36-story office development with approximately 650,000 square feet of office space in the City of London. The project was designed by Eric Parry Architects for the landowner, The Clothworkers’ Company, and aims to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Net Zero Carbon certifications during operation. Construction began in 2024, and completion is scheduled for 2028.
Project: 36 stories; approximately 650,000 square feet (about 60,000 m² NIA) of office space, as well as a publicly accessible rooftop garden and a historic livery hall.
