PROBIS is a fast-growing PropTech startup based in Munich that is currently redefining financial controlling for real estate projects worldwide with its cloud-based platform—from high-rises in New York to megaprojects in Saudi Arabia. Our software is technically sophisticated and complex in content—yet it should still be simple and intuitive for our users. Now, in the most exciting phase of our growth, we’re looking for you as our Lead Product Designer (m/f/d) – UX Strategy & B2B SaaS

Your Tasks

We’ve reached a point where UX is becoming a critical factor: workflows, information architecture, and a consistent design system must be so well-designed that users can achieve their goals faster, with greater confidence, and with less learning curve. As Lead Product Designer, you’ll shape the UX vision, set standards, and implement product-focused discovery.‍

What you'll be doing: Product Discovery & Usability

• Facilitating discovery sessions with PM/Engineering (interviews, testing, mapping, prototyping)
• Translating domain logic into clear user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Validation through prototypes, tests, and metrics (e.g., time-to-value)

Systems & Standards

• Maintenance and further development of the design system (components, guidelines, accessibility, patterns)
• Define, document, and embed UX principles and UI strategy within teams

Delivery with Engineering

• Working closely with Frontend/PO: Specifications, Edge Cases, Design QA
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Your Profile

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience with complex B2B web apps (SaaS, data products, admin UIs, enterprise)
• Strong in information architecture, systems thinking, and interaction design
• You can facilitate (workshops, stakeholder alignment) and help drive decisions
• You think in terms of outcomes and can measurably improve usability
• Tooling: Figma or similar (the tool is a means, not an end)
• Excellent command of English and German;
