Cushman & Wakefield is relocating its German headquarters to FOUR Frankfurt Tower 1 (Junghofstraße 5), where it will occupy the 5th and 6th floors as well as an outdoor terrace. The move from its current office on Bleidenstraße is scheduled for February 2027 and was announced in May 2026.
FOUR Tower 1 (T1): approximately 233 m tall, 55 stories (59 levels, including office floors), and approximately 136,000 m² of gross floor area; according to project specifications, the building features Germany’s highest office floor.
