Scope:
Arrow portfolio: four office properties in Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg with approximately 32,000 m² of floor space, as well as approximately 8,500 m² of approved additional development potential.

PROBIS supports lenders’ monitoring and reporting of financed project developments, including the Berlin Arrow portfolio—held jointly with Signature Capital and financed by pbb. Funds-used monitoring and AI reporting are based on the same structure that the consortium uses—this allows each participating lender to work with a shared approval status rather than with separately compiled drawdown documents.
