PROBIS supports JLL with benchmarking and cost control for the areas of Project & Development Services (PDS), Capital Planning, and Corporate Real Estate Management—on JLL’s own, secure PROBIS instance. AI Labs processes historical portfolio data, including Excel cost statements and payment requests in accordance with AIA G702 and G703, and automatically transfers the individual line items into AI Reporting. JLL uses the results obtained from this process to provide owner and lender reporting as a service to its own clients.
