The skyscraper will stand on the area west of Warschauer Straße at Warschauer Brücke directly next to the railway tracks. With 38 storeys and a height of 142 metres, it will be one of the tallest towers in Berlin, towering over both the Zoofenster and the Upper West.
This results in lettable office and restaurant space of approx. 65,000m² and into an underground car park for 35 car parking spaces. The open architecture, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), combines the demands of urban living with natural components.

Construction monitoring with PROBIS Banks for a bank consortium consisting of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Commerzbank AG, HELABA - Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, Berlin Hyp AG and Berliner Sparkasse. Use of the PROBIS module Project-Clock from PROBS Finance for the lending banks. Cloud-based generation of the application of funds control and display of all parameters via the Finance Dashboard.
