The high-rise building will be located on the area west of Warschauer Strasse, at Warschauer Bridge, directly adjacent to the railway tracks. With 38 floors and a height of 142 meters, it will be among the tallest towers in Berlin, surpassing both the Zoofenster and the Upper West.
This development provides approximately 65,000m² of leasable office and gastronomy space, complemented by an underground car park with 35 parking spaces. The open architecture, designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), seamlessly integrates the demands of urban living with natural components.

Construction monitoring with PROBIS Banks for a banking consortium comprising Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, Commerzbank AG, HELABA – Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, Berlin Hyp AG, and Berliner Sparkasse.
