New reception building with a floor area of approximately 15,560 m², seven upper floors, two basement levels, and about 200 underground parking spaces; designed by Auer Weber.
PROBIS prepared quantity surveying and cost estimates for Deutsche Bahn’s new reception building at Munich Central Station, based on benchmarks from comparable PROBIS projects. This provided Deutsche Bahn with a reliable cost basis for a complex infrastructure project at an early stage.
