Scope:
A four-story data center with approximately 10,000 m² as part of the Google Cloud Frankfurt Region, located near the DE-CIX Internet exchange.

The Google data center in Hanau, developed by NDC-GARBE, illustrates the requirements of this highly technical asset class: structural work, technical fit-out, energy infrastructure, and cooling generate multiple parallel cost streams. PROBIS brings together budget monitoring and financial project information in a structured environment, enabling project teams to identify variances early and maintain transparency throughout the entire implementation process.
