PROBIS managed every project for the group within a commercial framework across all countries—with multi-project cash flow and liquidity management, multi-currency capabilities, and bank reporting to lenders in multiple jurisdictions, as well as system interfaces to SAP and other systems. This is the clearest evidence in the reference portfolio that PROBIS scales from individual projects to cross-border portfolios without disrupting the cost structure, and that group treasury and lender reporting can be supported using the same data as project controlling. All of the services described were provided prior to the insolvency.
