Leipzig, March 25, 2021: The 'Leipziger Club- und Kulturstiftung' foundation, established in summer 2019, is implementing emproc's cloud-based multi-project controlling software PROBIS Expert for the 'Gleisdreieck' project. This innovative construction monitoring tool for precise cost controlling is being utilized in the ambitious repurposing project of the former 'Deutsche Reichsbahn Maintenance Depot'. On the former operational site, affordable studios, rehearsal rooms, a concert and event hall, and workshops for cultural professionals from the region are planned across a gross floor area of 6,000 square meters. Emproc SYS also provides consulting services for the project.

The redevelopment of "Gleisdreieck" is the inaugural project of the Club and Culture Foundation, which is dedicated to promoting music, art, and culture in Leipzig and its surrounding areas. The site has been permanently withdrawn from the real estate market and is slated for development into an incubator that integrates culture, economy, and society. This 12,000-square-meter area will become a hub for creativity, intended to gain recognition beyond Leipzig.

Through the ecologically sustainable renovation of the building exteriors and its long-term utilization concept, the project seamlessly integrates into the Integrated Urban Development Concept Leipzig 2030 (INSEK). In 2023, the two clubs "TV-Club" and "Distillery," which were rescued by the "Leipziger Club- und Kulturstiftung" initiative and are relocating to new premises in the Gleisdreieck area, are scheduled to move. The overall completion of the project is planned for 2026.
