Location: This impressive new 6-storey administration building with a staggered storey, a 1-storey underground garage and a practical parking garage deck is located in the sought-after Wanheimer Strasse in Düsseldorf. Its excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the airport gives this project a particularly attractive touch.
Capacity: The administration building was designed to provide space for around 450 employees. On a generous site area of 6,586 square meters, the total gross floor area (GFA) extends to an impressive 24,879 square meters, providing modern and efficient workspaces.
Construction time: Construction work began in 2021 and is expected to be completed by Q2 2024.
Certification: The administration building is certified to the highest standards for sustainability and meets the requirements for DGNB Gold certification. This demonstrates our commitment to the environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of this remarkable administrative building.
