Sonar Development uses PROBIS for project management of development, revitalization, and expansion projects—including budgets, contracts, cost tracking, and forecasts through to completion. The current portfolio in PROBIS includes, among others, Landsberger Allee in Berlin, Eschborn Buildings 7 and 8, Hamburg Bramfelder, Hamburg Poststraße, Glasmeisterstraße in Potsdam, and Deutzer Hafen Ost3 in Cologne. The platform supports Sonar Development throughout all phases, from early planning and acquisition through construction to completion.
