At the entrance to the Europaviertel and opposite the Grand Tower, a residential tower with 27 floors and a height of approximately 98 meters is being developed by the Immobel Group. The EDEN Tower will be the second residential high-rise in the Europaviertel, offering space for 263 condominiums. In addition to three penthouses, EDEN will primarily feature one- to three-room apartments. The residential concept is complemented by a 24/7 concierge service and a private fitness studio.
Captivating architecture, crystalline transparency, and floral elements define the distinctive aesthetic of EDEN. The vertical gardens seamlessly integrate with the delicate glass facade, creating a vibrant, holistic work of art.
Designed by Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie Architektur (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and Jahn Architects (Chicago, USA). Executed by Tilman Lange Braun & Schlockermann Architekten GmbH BDA (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and Jaspers-Eyers Architects (Brussels, Belgium).

This involves the implementation of the Project Clock module from PROBIS Finance, enabling both the lending bank and the project developer immobel to monitor projects. Cloud-based generation of fund utilization control and comprehensive parameter visualization are provided through the Finance Dashboard.
