At the entrance to the Europaviertel and opposite the Grand Tower, a residential tower with 27 storeys and a height of around 98 metres is being developed by the Immobel Group. The EDEN Tower will be the second residential tower in the Europaviertel and will offer space for 263 condominiums. In addition to three penthouses, the EDEN will mainly comprise one- to three-room flats. The residential concept will be complemented by a 24/7 concierge service and a private gym.
Exciting architecture, crystalline transparency and floral elements form the distinctive appearance of EDEN. The vertical gardens combine with the filigree glass façade to create a lively work of art.
Designed by Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie Architektur (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and by Jahn Architects (Chicago, USA). Execution by Tilman Lange Braun & Schlockermann Architekten GmbH BDA (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and by Jaspers-Eyers Architects (Brussels, Belgium).
