Adjacent to the Velodrom, directly on the S-Bahn ring in the popular Prenzlauer Berg district, DSTRCT.Berlin is centrally located in the heart of Berlin. More than any other office building, DSTRCT.Berlin epitomizes the capital's ethos of integrating modern design within historically grown structures. The brick halls, reaching up to nine meters in height, are fully air-conditioned and feature state-of-the-art office spaces, meticulously designed to cultivate a comfortable atmosphere that promotes a unique and open working environment.
The total of over 50,000 square meters of rental space is distributed across a new building and four historic halls. Tenants have access to a wealth of productivity-enhancing and health-promoting areas, including green courtyards and a panoramic rooftop terrace. The buildings have already received WiredScore Platinum certification, as well as WELL and DGNB pre-certifications at Gold level.
Services
The cloud-based project controlling software PROBIS was integrated during the ongoing construction phase of the DSTRCT project, replacing an outdated standard. For this urgent and time-sensitive implementation, PROBIS provided support through cross-interface solutions and the integration of customized reporting specifications from HB Reavis, alongside active consulting services.
