Next to the Velodrom, directly on the S-Bahn ring in popular Prenzlauer Berg, DSTRCT.Berlin is located in the heart of Berlin. More than any other office building, the DSTRCT.Berlin stands for the spirit of the capital to create modern things in historically grown things. The brick halls, which are up to nine metres high, are fully air-conditioned and equipped with state-of-the-art office spaces, the design of which places particular emphasis on a feel-good atmosphere that promotes a unique, open working environment.
The total rental space of more than 50,000 square metres is divided between a new building and four historic halls. Tenants have access to a wealth of productivity-enhancing and health-promoting spaces, including landscaped courtyards and a panoramic roof terrace. The buildings have already received WiredScore Platinum certification as well as WELL and DGNB pre-certification at Gold level.
Services
The cloud-based project controlling software PROBIS was integrated during the ongoing construction phase of the DSTRCT project and replaced an outdated standard. PROBIS supported the short-term and time-critical implementation by means of cross-interface solutions and the implementation of individualised reporting specifications from HB Reavis - in parallel, PROBIS provided active consulting support.
