Berlin/Starnberg, December 7, 2020: Consus Real Estate AG, a leading German project developer focusing on residential properties in prime German locations, is initially implementing emproc's cloud-based multi-project controlling software, PROBIS Expert, for three major projects. This construction monitoring tool for precise cost controlling will now be utilized for a district development in Offenbach, a residential and commercial project in Cologne, and an office property in Berlin. The total development volume for these projects amounts to approximately 650 million Euros. The deployment of PROBIS Expert for additional Consus projects is already being planned.

Beyond the Kampus Kaiserlei district development in Offenbach, Consus Real Estate will also leverage PROBIS Expert for the project development of the Franklin House office property in Berlin and the Cologneapart residential and commercial property in Cologne. These three projects collectively represent a total development volume of nearly 650 million Euros and a gross floor area of approximately 160,000 m².
