Customer Success Manager
PROBIS is a rapidly growing PropTech startup from Munich that is redefining financial controlling for real estate projects worldwide with its cloud-based platform – from high-rises in New York to mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. Our software is technically sophisticated and functionally complex, yet designed to be simple and intuitive for our users.
Now, during the most exciting phase of our growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.
Your Tasks
- Cultivation and expansion of existing client relationships in the DACH region and internationally
- Strategic Support and Development of our Key Accounts, with a Focus on Long-Term Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty
- Aftersales Management: Ensuring high customer satisfaction post-project or product go-live, coordinating support, service, and development requirements.
- Identification and implementation of customer requirements in close collaboration with product development and support.
- Analysis of Usage Patterns and Feedback to Derive Specific Measures for Optimizing Customer Experience
- Proactive identification of cross-selling and upselling potentials and support for sales in their implementation
- PROBIS representation at trade fairs, roadshows, and client meetings
- Close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Development, Project Management) to ensure a consistently positive and strategically aligned customer journey
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Economics, Construction, IT, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success or a comparable role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated service orientation and a keen understanding of client needs – extending beyond project completion.
- Understanding of technical software solutions and enthusiasm for digitalization in the construction and real estate industry
- Communication and negotiation expertise at par with decision-makers, including in an international context
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips domestically and internationally.
