PROBIS is a fast-growing PropTech startup from Munich that is currently redefining financial controlling for real estate projects worldwide with its cloud-based platform - from high-rises in New York to megaprojects in Saudi Arabia. Our software is technically sophisticated, complex in terms of content - and yet should be easy and intuitive for our users to operate.

Now, in the most exciting phase of our growth, we are looking for you as our Customer Success Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the DACH region and internationally
  • Strategic support and further development of our key accounts, with a focus on long-term satisfaction and customer loyalty
  • Aftersales management: ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction after the project or product go-live, coordination of support, service and further development requirements
  • Identification and implementation of customer requirements in close cooperation with product development and support
  • Analysis of usage patterns and feedback to derive specific measures to optimize the customer experience
  • Proactive identification of cross-selling and upselling potential and support for sales in implementing this potential
  • Representation of PROBIS at trade fairs, roadshows and customer appointments
  • Close cooperation with internal teams (sales, development, project management) to ensure a consistently positive and strategically aligned customer journey

Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, construction, IT or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, or a comparable position, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong service orientation and a feel for customer needs - even after project completion
  • Understanding of technical software solutions and enthusiasm for digitalization in the construction and real estate industry
  • Communication and negotiation skills at eye level with decision-makers, also in an international context
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips at home and abroad
