Hotel Bellevue, Accor, Cortina d'Ampezzo

PROBIS begleitet in Zusammenarbeit mit ALPHA Real Estate Services, Athen ein neues Prestigeprojekt in den Dolomiten. Das 5-Sterne-Hotel Bellevue, Emblems Collection im Herzen von Cortina'Ampezzo wird mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Nachhaltigkeit, Komfort und Barrierefreiheit errichtet sowie unter Berücksichtigung der regionalen Bauvorschriften. Für die architektonische Planung zeichnet das  Mailänder Büro pconp Studio verantwortlich. Betreiber ist die Accor Group, die das Hotel unter ihrer Brand Emblems Collection führen wird.

The architectural concept combines a modern, contemporary design with traditional elements of Alpine construction and makes targeted use of local materials such as larch wood and Castellavazzo stone.

The building comprises six above-ground and two underground floors with a gross floor area of around 13,400 m². The upper floors are being built using the sustainable XLAM construction method, which meets both ecological and aesthetic requirements.

There are plans for 80 exclusive rooms and suites, including standard, deluxe and family suites as well as a spacious presidential suite. The offer is complemented by two upscale restaurants, a wellness area with spa, gym and pool, conference rooms and a stylish lounge. The hotel's own underground parking garage has space for up to 50 vehicles.

Particular attention is being paid to optimizing sound insulation and energy efficiency: the use of sustainable building materials, photovoltaic systems and green roofs underline the project's holistic ecological aspirations. LEED Gold certification is being sought.

PROBIS supports the project with detailed cost controlling, structured multi-project reporting and transparent documentation for banks and investors.
