The modernization of 110 William Street is a significant transformation project for a historic 32-story office building located in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
The building, originally constructed in 1918 and expanded in 1959, is undergoing comprehensive modernization to meet current workplace requirements and prepare over 640,744 sqft of space for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS).
