The modernization of 110 William Street is a major transformation project of a historic 32-story office building in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
The building, originally constructed in 1918 and expanded in 1959, will be extensively modernized to meet today's work requirements and prepare over 640,744 sqft of space for the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS).
The refurbishment measures include:
- Comprehensive interior modernization and finishing work
- Renewal and optimization of building technology
- New room concepts to support ACS work processes
- Improved energy efficiency in accordance with Energy Code 2020
- Creating a modern working environment in a historic high-rise building
