The polis Convention is the nationwide trade fair for urban and project development.
On May 7 and 8, 2025, Düsseldorf will once again host the polis Convention – the leading trade fair and conference format for urban and project development in Germany. Representatives from municipalities, the real estate industry, architecture, and technology will gather to discuss the future of our cities.
This year's event centers on questions that could not be more pertinent:
What does the future hold for our city centers?
How can permanently affordable housing be created?
And what strategies lead to more efficient and sustainable energy supply?
PROBIS will be on-site to discuss with experts the significance of digital project controlling, ESG-compliant strategies, and economically viable transformation in existing properties. It becomes clear that without reliable data and digital control processes, neither new construction projects nor sustainable repurposing can be economically implemented.
