Monitoring Day DAY Samerberg from November 18-19, 2021

Due to significant capital deployment, project developments and developer investments are associated with high risks. Miscalculations at the outset and during the course of a project can jeopardize its successful completion. Implementing comprehensive construction monitoring for projects and portfolios is increasingly necessary to enable early data analysis and efficient risk identification. Proactive project management provides security for capital providers.

The Monitoring Day is an annual dialogue meeting to discuss the status, trends, and outlook for construction monitoring in an open exchange among financiers, developers, and monitors.

The platform baumonitoring.com aims to establish standardized service profiles, a common understanding of regulatory frameworks, and digitized monitoring processes. Further objectives include fostering exchange on developments in the process-accompanying monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality, and creating uniform, digital standards for risk identification based on existing norms.

The Monitoring Day is conceived as a dialogue-oriented workshop and a continuing education event, and can therefore be deducted as income-related expenses.

PROBIS eagerly anticipates your participation in our annual Monitoring Day, held at Duftbräu in Samerberg.
