On April 24, 2025, TPA Austria in Vienna will host the forward-looking event Future Real Estate 2025 – organized by the DREA – Digital Real Estate Association (formerly apti) in cooperation with the ÖGNI – Austrian Sustainable Building Council. Under the guiding theme Digital. Sustainable. Transformative., experts will discuss how digitalization and ESG requirements can jointly become the driving force behind responsible real estate development.

Three Keynotes – Three Perspectives on Industry Transformation

The event will commence with three distinguished speakers:

• Michael Haugeneder (ATP sustain) shows how data-driven processes are a prerequisite for measurable sustainability.
• Stephan Pasquali (3SI Immogroup) advocates for existing properties: He presents the classic Viennese apartment building as a future model – with a focus on densification and low-CO₂ renovation.
• Peter Ulm (allora Immobilien) presents the project “Zukunftsanker” – a car-free, CO₂-neutral urban district serving as a model for urban transformation.

PropTech Solutions for Practical Application – PROBIS is Also Represented

Accompanying the substantive discussion, selected companies will present their digital solutions. PROBIS will also be present:
