The DVP Conference 2022 in Berlin remains in our memory as an exciting and varied event. Highly topical presentations led to interesting discussions among the participants.
Moritz Koppe, CEO of PROB.IS, gave a presentation on digital cost management.
This is becoming increasingly important because, as the past has shown, the cost-specific services to be provided in the planning and implementation process of construction projects often do not lead to the desired cost target.
Targeted, agile cost control is needed to ensure that the cost target is not exceeded. Networking in the sense of digitalization is necessary to enable permanent co- and post-control.
