Project Overview
A historic 32-story office building in the heart of Lower Manhattan, originally built in 1918 and expanded in 1959. A comprehensive modernization program to prepare more than 640,744 square feet for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The renovation includes extensive interior modernization, expansion, and interior finishing work, as well as the optimization of building systems. The project introduces new workplace concepts tailored to the operational needs of ACS. Energy efficiency improvements are being implemented in accordance with the 2020 New York Energy Code. PROBIS is providing both its digital monitoring platform and professional monitoring services for the redevelopment.
