Three packages, one number— that all come down to the Fraport Group.
Jorge Chávez International Airport's modernization ran as three concurrent packages — new terminal, second runway, new control tower — consolidated on PROBIS into one view that rolls up cleanly to parent-company Fraport reporting.

As a Fraport subsidiary, LAP's financial data had to be seamlessly integrated into group-level reporting, not just reported separately. PROBIS consolidates the three systems into a single view and provides LAP with the same AI capabilities listed on its own live customer page: Risk Analysis & Early Warning System, and AI-Powered Benchmarking.
The modernization of Jorge Chávez International Airport was carried out as three concurrent, interdependent projects, rather than a single linear construction project: a new passenger terminal, a second runway, and a new air traffic control tower. The second runway and control tower began operations in April 2023; the new terminal opened in June 2025—together representing an investment of approximately $1.5–2 billion.
