Commerz Real is the asset manager for real asset investments within the Commerzbank Group. The company manages real estate and infrastructure investments for institutional and private investors, with the open-end real estate fund hausInvest serving as its primary investment vehicle.
- Since 1972, hausInvest has been making long-term investments in residential and commercial real estate in prime locations in Germany, Europe, and beyond.
- Took over the “The Berlinian” project in the summer of 2023 from the now-bankrupt SIGNA Group and, shortly thereafter, took charge of completing the project on its own.
- The Berlinian is being developed as a distinctive mixed-use project in the heart of Berlin.
Project Overview
The Berlinian Tower stands 146 meters tall and comprises 34 stories with approximately 40,000 square meters of leasable space. Together with the adjacent Galeria department store, the complex will comprise more than 100,000 square meters of office, retail, cultural, and dining space. In 2026, the migration from PROBIS Expert to PROBIS Cloud took place.
