Google's first data center in Germany, managed from the pre-construction phase.
NDC-GARBE Data Centers Europe is a European data center developer specializing in this field. It was formed in 2019 as a joint venture and now operates under the name GARBE.DC. The company designed and built Google’s first company-owned data center in Germany, located in Hanau and opened in October 2023—a four-story, 10,000-square-meter facility roughly twenty kilometers from the DE-CIX Frankfurt Internet exchange.

Shell, power, and cooling—all under one cost control system.
PROBIS supports commercial and cost controlling for complex data center developments. The Google data center in Hanau demonstrates the requirements of this highly technical asset class — shell construction, technical fit-out, power infrastructure, and cooling systems create multiple parallel cost streams. PROBIS brings use-of-funds control and commercial project information into one structured environment, helping teams identify deviations early.
