A 5-star hotel in the Dolomites developed in partnership with ALPHA Real Estate Services and operated by Accor under its Emblems Collection brand—80 rooms, aiming for LEED Gold certification, built using sustainable XLAM construction.
PROBIS is supporting ALPHA Real Estate Services (Athens) on a new luxury project in the Dolomites: the 5-star Hotel Bellevue, Emblems Collection, in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The hotel is being built with a strong focus on sustainability, comfort, and accessibility, in accordance with regional building codes. The architectural design is by Milan-based pconp Studio. The operator is the Accor Group, which will manage the hotel under its Emblems Collection brand.
The design combines a modern, contemporary style with traditional Alpine elements, using local materials such as larch wood and Castellavazzo stone. The building comprises six above-ground floors and two below-ground floors, with a gross floor area of approximately 13,400 m². The upper floors are constructed using sustainable XLAM.
The hotel will offer 80 exclusive rooms and suites—including standard, deluxe, and family suites, as well as a presidential suite—along with two upscale restaurants, a wellness area featuring a spa, gym, and pool, conference rooms, and a lounge. The underground parking garage can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. The hotel is aiming for LEED Gold certification.
