Starnberg, 28 June 2021: The internationally applied multi-project controlling software PROBIS Expert from the German proptech company emprocSYS is now also available on the Iberian Peninsula. After the cost controlling software was used in the refurbishment and revitalisation of several residential and commercial properties in Madrid, Vizcaya and Lisbon, the local project developer ESSENTIA has now been acquired as a partner for further sales in Portugal. A Portuguese homepage has already been launched for the Portuguese market.
