Berlin, 21 June 2021: For the development of the AM TACHELES urban quarter in Berlin-Mitte, the project developer pwrdevelopment relies on the cloud-based multi-project monitoring software PROBIS. On a site area of approx. 23,346 square metres, a vibrant new urban quarter will be created by 2023, consisting of ten residential and commercial properties and a cultural building - the listed former KunsthausTacheles - as well as three landscaped squares. PROBIS is used across the board as cost controlling software and provides active consulting support. All cost management and financial processes are controlled with PROBIS. The software enables the efficient and digital realisation of project development.

The innovative differential reporting system allows the software to be configured individually for each user and each project so that different project statuses can be compared with each other at selected points in time.
