Office and commercial space -Flexibility and sustainable equipment

The flexible office and commercial spaces offer individual design options, resource-saving technology and a planned shared-office concept.

"The future of work will certainly be hybrid. That means employees will spend some days working at home and the rest in the office. The desire to meet colleagues and physically exchange ideas is not only noticeable in creative professions. For this new type of meeting hub, we will have to design offices differently in the future,-" says Fredrik Werner from the architecture firm HENN.

Green building - sustainable building concept

The "DER bogen" building is being constructed as a low-energy building and focuses on sustainability with photovoltaic systems, groundwater utilization and the use of sustainable building materials.

The pre-certification DGNB Gold proves the environmental commitment.

Completion is scheduled for spring 2024 and promises a unique environment for working and living in Munich.

PROBIS Software GMBH takes over the construction monitoring service (controlling for the financing bank) in the DER bogen project.

The goal is LEED Core & Shell Gold certification for the construction project. Construction monitoring includes monthly reporting on the construction project to identify potential risks in accordance with regulations regarding cost, schedules, quality and project organization for the financier. It includes careful monitoring of the construction project to ensure that it is completed within budget and on time and meets the expectations of investors and financiers.

Through the use of modern digital tools, important data can now be captured in real time and interfaces can be set up to provide a transparent overview at all times. This data can be used by all project participants to react to potential project risks at an early stage, increase the efficiency of project development and minimize the risk of delays, cost overruns and unforeseen events.
