Your tasks:

- You will become a valuable member of our sales team and contribute to the continued success of PROBIS by acquiring new leads

- You take over qualified leads, accompany them along the sales funnel and ensure an optimal customer journey

- You are responsible for negotiations with potential customers and existing customers until the contract is signed or renewed

- You show potential customers how the modern SaaS software PROBIS can be used to solve digitalization problems and how it can be used to optimize cost and controlling processes in daily work

- You analyze and identify specific feature requests and requirements together with your customers and implement them in cooperation with the development team

- You represent PROBIS internationally at trade fairs, conferences and specific events


What you bring with you:

- You already have several years of experience in successful B2B sales, ideally in SaaS sales

- You bring experience from the real estate/construction industry, are communicative and a strong networker

- You are argumentative, have a quick grasp and teamwork is important to you

- Active communication with external and internal stakeholders suits you, but you are also able to listen, identify customer problems and demonstrate optimal solutions for your customers with the help of the developer teams
