Berlin/Starnberg 07 December 2020: Consus Real Estate AG, the leading German project developer with a focus on residential real estate in Germany's top locations, is initially using emproc's cloud-based multi-project controlling software PROBIS Expert for three major projects. The construction monitoring tool for exact cost controlling will be used immediately for a neighbourhood development in Offenbach, a residential and commercial project in Cologne and an office property in Berlin. The total development volume of the projects amounts to around650 million euros. The use of PROBIS Expert in further Consus projects is already being planned.

In addition to the development of the Kaiserlei Campus in Offenbach, Consus Real Estate will also rely on PROBIS Expert for the development of the Franklin House office property in Berlin and the Cologneapart residential and commercial property in Cologne. The three projects have a total development volume of almost 650 million euros and a total gross floor area of around 160,000 m2.
